Name: Typically likes to be called Rosalyn . She has no real name.
Specie: Death spirit(Earth life) /manticore
Gender: Female
Age: a little under a billion years.
Size: size of a large lion
Weight: She won't be weighed with anyone looking and then lies about it anyway, but roughly three hundred pounds.

Job as a death spirit: Simply to be a catalog of every death ever on earth ever. If it dies she knows when. If you can give her a name than she can tell you exactly when that person died, if they died on earth. If she can't come up with an answer than there still quite alive. She can not tell when something will die unless she were looking at it and it were obvious that they were going to die at certain time.

Back story: Unfortunately for her no one really knows that there is more than one death. So when ever someone asks death to appear for some sort of desperate negotiation to save themselves one is picked randomly from the unoccupied lot lounging around earth or what ever planet is in question. This time though, the man requesting an audience had the idea in his head that if he could kill death then he wouldn't have to die ever as he had no intentions of such a thing. Rosalyn unwilling went after being forced from some sunny spot she was napping in and confronted the man on his plea, only to be stabbed in the left shoulder. She was not however stabbed with any old kitchen knife, no, this was an enchanted kitchen knife. Being an enchanted kitchen knife it made her into a mortal being for as long as it would remain in he flesh. This man now having rendered her mortal preceded to try and chop her head off with an axe, but Rosalyn  resisted, killed the man and fled.
She has absolutely no idea how to get the knife out of her shoulder and none of the other death spirits would help. they actually would go to great lengths to pretend not to perceive her at all. She thought the knife had also rendered he invisible for about a week until one of them screwed up the sham. She sulked about earth for several hundred years until one day she was visited by some strange creature claiming to be a demon. This demon stated that he had heard of her plight and agreed to aid her in restoring her immortality. Next thing Rosalyn  knew she was in a cage somewhere out in space.

Personality: Rosalyn  has absolutely no redeeming qualities about her what so ever. She complains a lot and is entirely self centered. She is also arrogant and horrendously rude and will not hesitate to tell you how ugly you are compared to her even if it's not true at all. She will double cross anyone if means even the slightest benefit for her. She isn't quick to resort to violence simply because she hates getting blood and dirt on her fur. If in a crowd she will do everything in her power to draw positive attention on to her self even if that means blatantly lying. But it seems that no matter how hard her ego is knocked down it always bounces back. She also loves petty arguments she thinks it's hilarious how up set people get until it all swings in he direction that is. She will also happily kill anyone she doesn't like without so much as  thought to her action. Then again, she rarely ever considers her actions to begin with. It is in fact very easy to make her hate you, a slight cross look is enough. Basically she is better than you at every thing ever and will kill if you prove otherwise or perhaps sneeze in he direction.

Likes: Praise, attention, babies, people thinking she's awesome, sitting around and doing nothing for days on end, meticulous grooming, talking about people when there not in the room, talking about people when they are in the room, asserting the fact that she is the most awesome thing ever.

Things that piss her off faster than most other things: The living dead as she can never decide if she needs to un-count them, water of course, anything contradictory to the 100% true fact that she is the most awesome thing ever. Anything more awesome than her(I know, shocking, but their out there, in large numbers.)

Okay, she is fully aware that she is not the most awesome thing ever. But She'll act like it until hell freezes over.

The odds of her turning over a new leaf are slim to none. If stressed enough she'll act like she has changed, it may even be entirely true. This however is short lived and she will quickly fall back into old ruts. She's lived in the same mentality for over a billion years now so changing it is unlikely.

Combat: If a lion can do it she can do it, other than that there are only a few other things to look out for. Her tail is that of a scorpion with long straight barbs jutting from it's side. The sting it's self is lethally poisonous in most situations and can kill in roughly half an hour. This poison before causing death destroys soft tissues along with causing excoriating pain and in some cases projectile vomiting. A creatures skin will turn red(or whatever color their blood is) as the veins and arteries are ruptured. The cause of death is almost always massive blood loss if not heart failure if they don't bleed to death first. Rosalyn can also shoot the barbs off her tail at speeds similar to that of the typical cross bow, they are not poisonous. These barbs grow back and can be launched again about every 10 minutes. The exact process of launching them is a complete mystery.
Instead of human teeth in her human head she has three rows of shark like teeth. They are useless for puncturing most metals, but leave deep cuts in the skin that can easily cause a person to bleed out quickly. It's important to note that do to the knife she has a limp and can't get up to top speed without causing her self a great deal of pain.

Weakness: Anything that would kill a normal scorpion/lion man shark thing. If pissed off enough she will forget the fact that she is mortal. Hasn't exactly done a lot of fighting in her long life. Lacks any sort of dexterity. Will often fall for surprisingly simple traps. Mostly defenseless against projectile weapons. Her claws and teeth are not hard enough to penetrate any kind of heavy armor.

Strengths: can be quite the bargainer from years and years of practice, this is her first line of defense if in a dangerous situation. Can pick up great speed, but do to her knife situation the exertion from running fast is painful. She can over power and out maneuver most average humanoid creatures.

Rosalyn has a taste for new borns. Give her a fresh little baby to eat and you can get her to do quiet a good deal more than normal. Before her incident she could often be found trying to swindle infants off their mothers by offering everything form money to working out a deal with the reaper himself.

More about the curse: The Knife can not be removed by any physical means and the only magical method to dislodge it is known by the other death spirits. If you were to chop the limb it's buried in off she will still be mortal as the knife is still technically in her flesh. It is quite painful for it to be fidgeted with and she will lash out at anyone who tries and touch it. She dose not age, the curse only makes her capable of death by
